Thornhill Tennis Club are a friendly, community club where every player, from children to adults, feel welcomed and at home. Our membership packages are designed to be flexible, family‑friendly, and great value for money, giving you full access to our courts, coaching, and club community. Where else can you get access to a sporting facility for less than £1.70 per week? J

We have:

3 well maintained courts, all with floodlights (extra cost for use of floodlights);

Hitting wall;

Ball machine;

Cabin access (deposit required for key) with changing room; toilet; access to kitchen offering free tea/coffee;

Social tennis sessions 4 times per week;

Mixed doubles league matches (see Matches tab);

Coaching for all ages (see coaching tab) and the opportunity to play 365 days a year!!

Members can also access the Cricket and Bowling Club Clubhouse for a pleasant drink after playing (opening times vary during the season).

*FOR NEW MEMBERS 2026-2027,  we are offering half price membership for the 2026/27 year* which includes a 1 hr free coaching session on payment of membership fee.

We also welcome Pay per Play players if they don’t want to commit to a membership. However, PPP players will need to be accompanied by a current member of the Club.
